F. Teuton was established in Singapore in October 1992 as a foreign-owned private exempt company with limited liability. The majority share is owned by the managing director who is a German national.
The principal activity is to provide comprehensive, regional procurement and supply services to industrial buyers. Principal areas of procurement are Taiwan and China besides Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Primary markets are Germany and other EU countries.
The company has developed specific product know-how in the field of small custom made (OEM) metal parts such as can be made by hot or cold forming, forging, casting, stamping and turning, especially for applications in the construction industry.

F. Teuton (Shanghai) Co.Ltd. was incorporated as a fully owned but independent subsidiary company under Chinese law. |
2003 |
F. Teuton's headquarters was relocated to the prestigious Concourse, a visible mark along the Singapore's skyline and located near the city centre. |
2006 |
Annual turnover exceeded 5 million Singapore dollars for the first time. |
2007 |
The representative office in Shanghai was officially closed, since all its functions were now fully taken over by F. Teuton (Shanghai). |
2008 |
In March 2008 the company moved to its own offices at Lower Delta Road. In December of the same year it achieved certification to ISO 9000. |
2009 |
F. Teuton Pte.Ltd. became a holding company. All operations were transferred to the Chinese subsidiary in Shanghai. |
2010 |
The Company underwent further structural changes to adapt to the challenges it faces on the markets. |
2011 |
Lutz Müller and Selina Qian, managers in key positions of the Group, were appointed to the board of directors thereby introducing a new generation to the top management. |
2012 |
Selina Qian was appointed General Manager and Legal Representative of F. Teuton (Shanghai). |

F. Teuton seeks intensive cooperation with selected customers who are joined in their desire for a strategic solution assuring reliability of quality and delivery. Marketing activities are based on direct contact with industrial users and buyers of OEM parts, usually at management level.
